Returns

If you wish to return a product, please email us at or call us at +30 26610 21081 and provide us with your order code. Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm receipt.

Please note that you are responsible for returning the package, as well as the return shipping cost. We recommend sending the package via registered mail or with a courier service. Byoung Corfu EShop is not responsible for any additional charges arising from currency differences, customs clearance fees, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulatory requirements.

Restrictions

You have the right to return products purchased within 15 days of receiving them. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them. All products must be returned along with the retail receipt or invoice. Worn clothing is not returnable.

Return Management

All products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, and you can choose between exchanging the product or receiving a refund.

Product Exchange

Products can be exchanged for any available size or type you wish. If you want to exchange a product purchased from Byoung Corfu E-shop for a different size or color, please contact us via email at or by phone at +30 26610 26800 – +30 26610 21081.

Refunds

Refunds are processed immediately upon return and receipt of the products after inspection (5 to 15 business days). Refunds are made only to the original credit card, PayPal account, or bank account used for the order payment. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund amount will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.
