How to Make a Return
If you wish to return a product, please email us at or call us at +30 26610 21081 – +30 26610 26800 and provide us with your order ID. Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm its receipt.

Note that you are responsible for the return of the package, as well as for the return shipping costs. We recommend sending the package via registered mail or a courier service. Byoung EShop is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise from currency exchange differences, customs fees, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulatory requirements.
Restrictions
You have the right to return products purchased within 15 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when you received them. All products must be returned with the retail receipt or invoice. Worn clothing is not returnable.

Refunds
Refunds are processed promptly upon the return and receipt of the products and after verification (3 to 6 business days). Refunds are made only to the original credit card, PayPal account, or bank account used to pay for the order. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund amount will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.
