Returns
If you want to return an item, please email us at info@byoung.gr or call us at +30 2661 0321081 and provide your order code. Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm the receipt of your return.

Please note that you are responsible for returning the package, as well as the cost of return shipping. We suggest sending the package via registered mail or courier services. Byoung Corfu EShop is not responsible for any extra charges resulting from currency differences, customs clearance expenses, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulations.
Restrictions
You have the right to return products purchased within 15 days from the date you received them. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them. All products must be returned along with the retail receipt or invoice. Washed clothing cannot be returned.
Return Management
All products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, and you can choose between a product exchange or a refund.
Product Exchange

Refunds
Refunds are processed immediately upon return and receipt of the items and after inspection (5 to 15 business days). Refunds are issued only to your original credit card, PayPal account, or bank account used for the payment of the order. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund amount will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.
