Payment Information

We have three methods of payment.

1. Direct Bank Transfer

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

2. Cash on Delivery

Pay with cash upon delivery.

3. Pay via PayPal

Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

How to Make a Return

If you wish to return a product, please email us at info@byoung.gr or call us at +30 2661 021081 – +30 2661 026800 and provide your order ID. Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm the receipt of your return.

Please note that you are responsible for the return of the package, as well as the return shipping costs. We recommend sending the package via registered mail or courier services. Byoung EShop is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise from currency differences, customs fees, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulations.

Restrictions

You have the right to return products purchased within 15 days from the date you received them. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them. All products must be returned along with the retail receipt or invoice. Clothing that has been washed cannot be returned.

Return Management

All products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, and you can choose between an exchange or a refund.

Product Exchange

Products can be exchanged for any available size or type you wish. If you wish to exchange a product you purchased from Byoung E-shop for a different size or color, please contact us via email at info@byoung.gr or by phone at +30 2661 026800 – +30 2661 021081

Refunds

Refunds are processed immediately upon return and receipt of the items, and after inspection (3 to 6 business days). Refunds are issued only to your original credit card, PayPal account, or bank account used for the payment of the order. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund amount will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.
